On September 22, 2023, the Casa de Passagem Travessia in Mogi Mirim completed its first year of operation.
The halfway house offers psychosocial care, guidance, active search, promotes access to health services, assists in providing civil documentation, and provides family contact.
The service aims to contribute to the reduction of violations of social assistance rights; their worsening or recurrence; reduction of the presence of people living on the streets and abandoned; individuals and families protected; construction of autonomy; individuals and families included in services and with access to opportunities.
