The mission of Divison Sport is clear: to contribute to the socio-educational process through sports practices and themed workshops, opening up real possibilities for personal transformation. Here, sport becomes a language of hope.

What we offer

• Regular sports activities that promote health and coexistence;
• Internal and external championships, encouraging teamwork and self-esteem;
• Thematic workshops that delve into important topics such as empathy, responsibility, identity and life project.

Audience served

Around 30 young people are supported monthly in carefully planned activities to encourage autonomy, a sense of responsibility and leadership.

Challenges and opportunities

Among the main challenges faced is the limited number of socio-educational agents, which makes it difficult to carry out all the planned activities. This reinforces the importance of partnerships and voluntary support that expand the scope of the project.

Partnerships that strengthen

We have the support of the Municipal Department of Culture, Sports and Leisure, which has enabled greater integration between services and more opportunities for young people.

How to contribute

You can be part of this transformation:

• Offer cultural, sporting or educational activities through partnerships;
• Help with sports equipment, uniforms, snacks or logistical support;
• Share Mova-se’s actions and encourage others to support the cause.

It is important to highlight the possibility of coordination with SUASE/SEJUSP, so that the project's actions can also gain visibility on the official website of the Government of Minas Gerais: https://www.seguranca.mg.gov.br
