Nos termos do art. 12, alíneas, do Estatuto Social da Avante Social o Instituto é composto pelos seguintes órgãos:

a) General Assembly;
b) Fiscal Council;
c) Board of Directors;
d) Executive Superintendence; and
e) Board of Directors.

In addition to these, the Institute has internal management as a form of strategic planning for the systematization of information and general control of the sectors.
