A young man who was welcomed into our republic is selected to work as an intern at chef Leo Paixão's new restaurant, Macaréu, in Nova Lima, in Greater BH

Chef Leo Paixão decided to share his expertise by sharing his culinary knowledge. He is a member of the academic board and closely monitors the entire methodology and teaching program of the Institute of Hospitality and Culinary Arts – INHAC, a social school that works to integrate young people in situations of social vulnerability into the workplace through excellent training in technical gastronomy courses.

This year, INHAC is already working with the first class of the technical course in gastronomy, with 80 places for new cooks. Recognized by the State Education Council, the course is free and has a workload of 960 hours.

Among the four beginner students selected, there is a young man who was welcomed into our Republic when he was 18 years old. Today, at 21 years old, he was selected to work as an intern at chef Leo Paixão's new restaurant, Macaréu, in Nova Lima, in Greater BH.
