INSTITUTIONAL SUPPORT FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
A home that welcomes, protects and cares. Casa Lar Iracemápolis is an institutional care service aimed at children and adolescents who, due to different circumstances, have been temporarily separated from their families.

Description
More than a physical space, Casa Lar in Iracemapólis is a place of care, listening and protection — where each child can find security to live and grow with dignity.
To project's mission is simple but essential: to welcome children with love and responsibility. Here, every detail is thought out to ensure that children's rights are respected and that they have the opportunity to develop in a healthy and safe way.
What we offer
Casa Lar operates as a residence, with a family structure and professional supervision, promoting emotional coexistence and the building of bonds of trust. Acting with a focus on comprehensive protection, the service seeks to meet all the physical, emotional and social needs of those welcomed.
Currently, we welcome one child per month, in a personalized and humanized way — respecting their history, their time and their individuality.
Challenges we face
One of the project’s biggest challenges is effective coordination with the local support network. Although partnerships exist, they do not yet operate with the strength and integration needed to ensure agile and comprehensive responses to children’s needs. Strengthening these connections and involving more people and institutions in child protection is an essential step to expanding the impact of our work.
How you can support
Protecting children is everyone’s responsibility. You can make a concrete contribution by ensuring that children’s rights are respected, supporting public protection policies, participating in discussion and mobilization spaces, and helping to strengthen care networks.
Access method
- By court order.
